My new hero: Terje Sorgjerd

I was going to merely link a video to facebook to share it with everyone. But on watching the videos, I decided it wasn’t going to do him justice. His work NEEDS to be seen, if you haven’t seen his incredible time lapse videos, you’re life is not complete.

The man I’m talking about? His name is Terje Sorgjerd, a Norwegian photographer also known as the master of time lapse videos. Keith Loutit, who’s that? (no offence dude). Since I’m still losing my shit over how ridiculously awesome these videos are, this post won’t have much writing it.

Here’s the first video that put him on the map (so to speak)

The Aurora from Terje Sorgjerd on Vimeo.

This video was shot in and around Kirkenes and Pas National Park bordering Russia.

The next video is a more recent work, capturing the Milky Way fromthe highest summit in Spain, El Teide. It is one of the best places to photograph the stars.

The Mountain from Terje Sorgjerd on Vimeo.

Like I said, my new hero.

p.s. If you’re not impressed … stop hating 😉
